LUCA DELLA ROBBIA

( 1400-1482) Luca was a sculptor from Florence, Italy.  He is famous for his sculptures, especially ones made of terra cotta.  He also worked in marble and bronze.

(1435-1525)  Nephew of Luca della Robbia, also famous for working in terra cotta.  Continued the della Robbia shop after Luca’s death.  Giovanni della Robbia, Andrea’s son, continued after Andrea passed away.
